Modern, spacious 1 bedroom apartment situated on the popular Club la Costa Marina del Sol resort!

This unit offers air conditioning throughout (heating and cooling), easy parking, private balcony with beautiful panoramic sea views, double bedroom + sofa bed in lounge area (sleeps up to 4), fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area and comfortable double bed! There is also garage parking with lift access direct up to the apartment.

You have full use of the facilities on the urbanisation which includes multiple swimming pools (there is always a heated pool in Winter months as well), various shops, a bakery, bars (with entertainment on) and several fantastic restaurants! During the summer and school holidays there will be a Childrens Camp celebrated and yes, your children can participate after paying a small extra fee to reception! Outside of school holiday periods and Summer, the childrens club is not available.

There is a small free to use "train/bus" service running around the complex, meaning it's easy to get about. The house is located just a few minutes walk from the beach and main bus route between the resort towns of Fuengirola and la Cala de Mijas as well!

**We also have 4 studios in a nearby block of Club la Costa, so if you are a larger group, up to 20 guests can be accommodated (recommended 10 adults 10 kids) at the same time, in basically the same place!! We also have two 4 bedroom houses available for rent in the same section of Club la Costa around the corner (using the same pool). We have accommodation therefore for groups of up to 36 guests on Club la Costa within a couple minutes walk of each property. Note that this is availability dependent as each unit is also rented individually for different periods.**

While we understand that spending quality time with the kids is at the heart of any memorable family holiday, should you wish to have some downtime of an evening, Team Marina is to hand. We offer supervised fun as part of our Miniclub for 4-11year olds, and for the olders ones there's Waves, with VR, PS4 and super-fast Wifi, so parents can rest assured their youngsters are being looked after and enjoying their holidays to the full. Our team of entertainers also organise everything from a mellow game of mini-golf or Flamenco dance classes, to aqua sports and cabaret nights.

From an indulgent aromatherapy massage to feasting at Zacary's Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, CLC Marina del Sol has a full range of resort activities that will appeal to everyone. Younger members of the family will love the Kids' Club, splashing around in the children's pool, and the resort road train. For guests preferring to relax away from the bar, terrace and restaurant - get ready to take in the stunning views of the Mediterranean coastline.

Situated next door to Marina del Sol reception is Sam's Pantry, a shop selling a wide range of sundry items, newspapers, magazines and a selection of food and drinks.

There is a small bus/train which runs around the resort and you are able to jump on and off it at will, an easy way to get around and visit the various restaurants dotted around the site.

Nearby you also have the main bus route running between Fuengirola and Marbella, also stopping at popular towns like la Cala de Mijas!
