There are sixteen low-rise Bloques of fourteen apartments each, nestled in our delightful gardens and unique forested areas. Each Bloque has an underground garage and lift to connect to the ground and first floors where there are five spacious 2 and 3 bedroom apartments per floor, and then up to the second floor where there are four two-bed duplex penthouses. Every apartment has an outdoor terrace with views of the pools or gardens or forested areas.

Within the beautiful gardens we have three pool areas that provide three adult style pools, two small pools for toddlers and a large children's pool area

The whole of the Community area is walled and gated with secure vehicle and people access.

A short quiet walk along side the pine forest area leads to the Pino and Elviria commercial centres with their abundance of restaurants and bars where you can dine and drink "around the world" given the variety that is on offer. Just over the N340 and you come to wonderful beached of Elviria - amongst the best on the Costa de Sol. The beach is 10 mins walk with no steep hills to navigate making it no problem for families.

The apartment itself has air conditioning throughout, WiFi internet, private parking and is very spacious! Perfect for families of up to 4, it also offers access directly out into the gardens as it's situated on the ground floor and has a fully fitted kitchen meaning it has everything you need for a self catering holiday.
