This fantastic 2-3 bedroom house is situated just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, bus route, shops, supermarket and various restaurants in el Faro, just outside the busy town of Fuengirola!

The perfect mini-Villa for groups of 4-6 who want to be close to the beach and attractions, but avoid the busy bustle and chaos of finding parking in the main towns in Summer! This is also the perfect little getaway out of the busy seasons, as the urbanisation is very quiet and almost entirely residential.

The house itself has WiFi internet, lots of TV channels, air conditioning throughout and two lovely patio areas on the top (ground) floor of the house. The front patio gets sun in the morning and the patio to the rear is a lovely place to sit in the sun later in the afternoon and evening and even enjoy a BBQ! There is also a little roof terrace to ensure you can get sun at absolutely any time of the day.

The house is on two floors. The lower floor is a converted basement with a huge "lounge" area, 3rd bedroom, small kitchenette area and lovely shower room. Overall then it easily accommodates 6 guests, however this layout means that in off season we are able to offer the house to guest groups of 2 - 4 at even lower rates than advertised. Particularly so in Winter, when we can offer great monthly rates for couples looking to escape to the winter sun the Costa del Sol offers. These special rates don't appear online, so enquire for more detail.

The location of the house is fantastic. An easy 20 minute drive from Málaga Airport and 60 seconds from the main motorway (A7) so simple to find. The main bus route (between Fuengirola and la Cala de Mijas) is just 5-10 minute walk away. The bus then reaches Fuengirola or la Cala in just 10 minutes in either direction at low cost. Taxis into nearby Fuengirola cost 7-10€. The beach is also just 5 minutes walk away with no hills to walk up or down! There are also a few small shops for essentials, plus quite a few restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes walk away.
